    Default VBulletin updates?

To any administrator out there: is this board getting some love when it comes to VBulletin updates? The source of the html page show that this is version 4.2.3, and I am not sure if that's the latest. Articles like the one I linked below are very common these days. It would be awful if this site leaked all the user info from its database.

And it might also fix some long standing issues (like not being able to edit some posts due to funky characters).
