    Default Problem to Elipse

    Hi,
    I download Eclipse Java below

    on CentOS. How to further create Java application by such, or is there one setup procedure?

    The first time you start Eclipse, you should point it to a 'workspace' (a directory where the stuff will be stored); next, define a project and its package(s) and start defining class sources in those packages. Before you do all that, read Eclipse's extensive help features ...

    I do not find out the relevant runnable file to start Eclipse, within the current download package.

    Where did you download it from?
    If you downloaded it from that link above I would suggest getting it from the actual Eclipse.org site...
