Here's something you can do. While you do this, I push away all my work and make sure I am fully at your service, for free ofcourse, and spend all my boss's time helping you! How about that! I would throw in my mobile phone number for 24/7 help, but my wife won't let me.

So here it goes. I can see you have a gmail account. Why not use the GMail smtp server? When you enter the string "java send via gmail" in your favourite search engine (do you have one? DO YOU?), you will get various results. Here, I have made a link for you to click. Go ahead, click it. I'll wait.

    https://duckduckgo.com/?q=java+send+via+gmail

As you can see, the first five hits have complete working examples. This might inspire you to get it working.

I hope you have found this free service to be useful. Please come again. We will make sure to assist you as soon as humanly possible.

    Your humble servant,

Or: if you're running a Linux box, you can try 'ssmtp'; it's a single executable file and small config file; you can Runtime.exec( ... ) it and pass everything through its stdin stream; much cheaper than setting up JavaMail.

    kind regards,
