how can i write the code
Many people use an IDE to write code. But that is not necessary. It is possible to write code using a text editor.

For technical help understanding networking, take a look at the tutorial: Trail: Custom Networking (The Java™ Tutorials)
If you don't understand my response, don't ignore it, ask a question.
