    Default where is jarsigner ??

    hello,

    I am using jdk and jre 1.8.0_45 and jarsigner is missing from both directories

    I cant find anything on the web about this

    - do I have to download 1.6 ?
    - is jarsigner not suported anymore ?
    - is there an alternative ?
    - why applets and applet developement are always a pain in the @#% ??

    I have that same version of Java installed and the jarsigner command is present. Perhaps you've a problem with your Java installation.

    Missing from what directories?

    Applets are a dead technology. If you're in applet development, get out now, right now.

    I have no idea, I've never needed to do that.
