    Default Store data

I am new to Java programming and am looking for suggestions on how to store data in Java
    Here is a example:
Unique number, description, qty in box, price
There are thousands of these in my list.
What would be the best way to store them.

Surely you've at least heard about databases?

If you want to include the database in your distribution, you could look into Apache Derby.
