Default Errors when attempting to open my new build jar file

    Hello everyone.
Im sorry that I have not taken the time this morning to search the threads for an answer to my question but im all over the place this morning with
work and sporadically find a moment to get online.
I have recently taken up some java after a period of time learning batch scripting. the issue I have run into is that my build compiled and ran just
fine when invoking from within the netbeans IDE but after that I 'cleaned and built' the jar and the IDE stored it in the directory that I specified while
    installing.
I went to that folder, double clicked on my gui and go nothing. So then I opened a command prompt did, "java -jar myapp.jar" and got the following
of which has me completely lost:

Is this a Java EE problem?

The class with the error is not in Java SE. I think it's a Java EE class.

Do an internet search for the error message: No Persistence provider for EntityManager named

It is sort of - its JPA, which can also be used in a regular SE application, IF you have the correct libraries on the classpath.

That error means that there is no persistence provider for the Java Persistence API on the classpath - no Hibernate, no EclipseLink, no OpenJPA, no nothing.
