Default developing commerce applications with IDE only for personal/educational use

Just wondering if people are doing this. I don't have any deployed applications, but realize I had a web page with some features, and would it be OK if I was coding it with this type of IDE? Anyway I'm coding in eclipse, and a lot of you are coding with eclipse so you won't agree if I tell you there is/are better IDE's then eclipse I'd like to use. Maybe someday I will finish my app and I will switch my IDE to another so I'm wondering if it someone can find out that. Or its just for big companies? (I know it's for all, but...) do you understand what I mean?

Anybody can develop any software they want using anything they want, i.e. nobody can prescribe what you have to use; if you prefer to develop your software by using a hammer and screwdrivers, you're free to do so. (b.t.w. you can't use Java for any nuclear applications; read the licence that comes with the distribution).

    kind regards,
