Not much that you give here that you can be helped with. It appears you are missing a general understanding of unicode to be able to investigate yourself where the problem may be. You seem to assume that the problem is with the storage of data, but there are many places where unicode handling can go wrong - when fetching the data, when generating the data, when storing the data and most importantly at all: when viewing the data. If whatever tool you're using uses a font which cannot render the Arabic numbers, it only looks wrong but the data is still correct. Most people get tricked by viewing data in the Windows command prompt for example.

This article would be a place to start to get an idea where to look for your problem:

    Thank you for reply..

Its not an issue with viewing the data or font issue. Its an encoding issue and common issue with Arabic numbers.
While viewing in IPHONE also, the "???" appears instead of Arabic Numbers, I think its an encoding issue... IF any one has faced and resolved it, Pls reply with the piece of JAVA encoding Code.

    Thank You,,

What unicode values are those numbers?
Does (as gimbal says) the font you're using have those code points?

Note that Arabic Numbers have two distinct sets of code points, I think one is the general Middle East one and the other is Persian or further east.
Please do not ask for code as refusal often offends.

Well, you need to answer the questions posed then, about the code points and whether the font has glyphs representing them.
