    Default Printing on the same window

    I have written a java code that has window with buttons on it (iam using event handlers) what i want is that when user presses the button the output shud be outputted on the same window that has the buttons not on another window

    Sounds like you want either a TextArea, or a JLabel. Really though, no one is going to be able to help you with more than general suggestions. You'll have to give a better idea of what you're trying to do. What kind of output is it that you want? What code do you have so far? What's going wrong?
    If the above doesn't make sense to you, ignore it, but remember it - might be useful!
    And if you just randomly taught yourself to program, well... you're just like me!
