I am not able to clear java programming test.Please help me out

I am recently passed out as software engineer and is searching for a java development job.The problem is i am not able to clear java programming test.I know java theoritically but less practically.And practically is what matters so please help me out and tell me ways to be pro in java and crack every test in java with ease.Please help me out

Thank you but i am thinking of doing something big and the idea is to build websites and application and sell in the market with a plan.So i now want to do work in java and another question is like in .net we can create a website in 15 days using visual studio editor and compiler cant we create in java using such a tool if it exists in java?
