    Default JSP Forms

Sorry for the novice question....I am trying to wrap my head around Java web application forms. I am hoping to learn how to create a web application linked to my database that is a multi-form wizard...comparable to TurboTax step-by-step form. I have created server-side forms in PHP via Dreamweaver and have the basic understanding of the need to combine servlets, etc. However, is there a comparable program like Dreamweaver to create a data entry JSP app. Or, where would you recommend as a good starting point on learning how to build such an app. Thanks
