    Default Advise in web drag and drop graphics

    I need to to be able to drag and drop in web pages.
    In other words something like a company that sell boxes.
    I have boxes to select from a display of boxes in pictures.
    Once the box is selected, I need to select the wrapping from a display of paper colors and drag and drop small pictures to the box wrapped from a display of pictures.
    Then add a frame with a caption.
    Simple?

    Where should I start?

    Are you trying to do this in Java, or Javascript?

    I was hoping some one to direct me in the right direction.
    I do not know at this point, which one.
    Is either one capable of drag and drop?

    could you try to be more precise in your description of the problem, I think also javascript is what you want not java.

    I was just reading what are the difference bet. the 2 of them.
    It seems that I would need Java scripts as I will attach then to html pages.
    Am I correct?
    More specific, going back to the Box Factory sample.
    A web page shows working frame with a kind of banner with pictures of boxes (like rectangular or square boxes) in it.
    This banner will scroll left to right or top to button.
    I want to drag one of the pictures form the banner into a working frame.
    Once the box is in the working frame then:
    I would be great to fill the box with a choice wrapping paper from a banner.

    Is it clear?

    Great, Now can you point to a simple sample where to start some basic drag and drop steps?

    I saw some threads about drag and drop and I could not see a simple step to start.

    Some basic steps That I can learn from it, will be fantastic.
