Including Perl in java

I need to run perl from java..
My commands are module load msjava/sunjdk/1.5.0_01
and ms/dev/abc/PROJ/abcCli/1.0/bin/xyz complete request 1264467

How do i run this commands from java.
Also do i need to import something?
and create the connection using host or port?
pls give the complete structure..

Executing perl would be like executing any other OS command from java. See the Runtime class and its exec() method
