hi everyone i am very new to java

Hi everyone i have began my journy into the world of computer programming.

And boy oh boy is java lokking like a big scary monster. lol

but patience will i believe win the way forward.

my goal is to be certified in java,c++, visual basic 2008

andto do this in 4 years or less i hope this is acheivable???

i would like some imput from you guys if you think all that is to much

my main question if ok let say i become a java certified programmer on paper and then go hunting for a job i want to go into something hot and new like cellphone software or something

i really need your help as i dont know were java can take me inreguards to different fields of applications
