    Default Java Problem

Good afternoon! Today I decided to host my minecraft server but... I reserved slot for my server (192.168.1.123), Port forwarded (25565, 25555, 26555, 25655, 25565), because it is with bungee cord, maked domain in no-ip, and istalled DUC on the computer, paste the server ip in the server config (server.ip= 192.168.1.123) and turned server on and turned off my firewall. When I tried to join in the server its disconnected me with reason: java.net.connectexception connection refused no further information . I tried with another java verision without result. I think this is from java but.. Please help!

From the tone of you message I get the impression you did not write the server code. So you need to contact the folks who did write it.

They can't help either, it is and remains a network configuration problem and not a "Java problem". Java is doing what it is supposed to do - tell the operating system to make the connection and reporting that it cannot be done.

Actually, I was thinking more of checking the writers of the code for trouble shooting information. Perhaps the installation documentation could be of help.
