    Exclamation detecting flooding attack

    i want to write a code for detecting flooding attack.
    firstly i want to write a code for detecting SYN flood.
    i am using socket programming for this.
    i am not getting from where to start.:confused:

    I'm not sure you can do this in Java.

    SYN floods are handled by the kernel.

    Google for some code samples. I bet they are all in C
