My client is looking to recruit a highly experienced Java developer to take the lead role within the software developing team. The team is responsible for both code design and code development. While focussing on Java/J2EE development, the sucessful applicant will be profficient with Hibernate, Maven and SQL.

Additional duties will include mentoring of other Java developers and designers, management of multiple requirements of projects, and making a significant contribution to system and technology roadmap meetings. Demonstrating a professional approach to business needs, the successful candidate will be personable and flexible towards this fast paced role.
