Our partner, developing banking terminals, is looking for a

Technical Support Team Lead

who will be responsible for installing complete systems globally.

The job:

Coordinating, supervising and documenting the daily work of the product support team.
Supporting technically the commercial activity of the firm in and outside Hungary.
Supporting clients, subsidiaries and sales partners.
Testing, installing, deploying and maintaining banking terminals.
Fixing bugs and issues with remote access.
Making internal lectures and training courses.
Weekly report to the CTO.
Requirements (higher weighting more important):
10: Technical degree, preferably in IT.
10: 4 years of experience in the maintenance of PC based systems.
10: 2 years of experience as technical team lead.
10: Customer management experience.
10: Good command of English.
10: Management skill.
10: Problem solving skills.
10: Communication skills.
9: Driving licence of category B.
8: Experience in Embedded Windows system.
7: Knowledge of another foreign language.
