non resettable timer
i'm crating a online examination system & i want to stop resetting the timer(JavaScript setTimeout action) when the user clicks the back button.how can i do that?
to stop loading the previous page i used following code
window.history.forward();
When user clicks on back button on browser page stays still but setTimeout get reset.
plz help me soon as possible.
