    Hallo,

    i want to ask the main purpose of web service? why we use it? what it can offer more than classic web framework like jsf, jsp, php or asp??

    If you don't want a GUI and just data then there's little point sending all the HTML overhead.
    Please do not ask for code as refusal often offends.

    Do you mean, WS is the same like JSF or any framework but without GUI??

    It's not a framework.
    It's (at best) a way of sending data over http, usually either JSON (as in RESTful services) or XML (as in SOAP services).
    Please do not ask for code as refusal often offends.

    How do you communicate with the external system without SOA architecture. WebService is one of the implementations for SOA. JAX-WS is a standard of Webservice.
