Default Printing locally on the client

I'm developing an app using JSF 1.2. I'd like the client to print locally i.e. the printer used is the default printer of the client be it the one directly connected to their computer or a network printer.

Whenever the user clicks the print button, the report is automatically printed without any further interaction.

I tried to use PrintServiceLookup to look for available printers, but it returns only the printer connected to the server.

Any idea to make this work?
