Default HBOX To Have 4 Columns 35 Rows

I am new to JavaFX and using Scene Builder - and have a List<String> of employee names. I want to dynamically create a Radio Button and set the text to the List<String> value, easy.

What I can not fathom on how to do is to put names 1 - 35 in column 1, the next 35 in column 2, the next 35 in column 3 and the next 35 in column 4 (or however many are remaining)

In JavaFX HBOX how is this done?

Wouldn't it be easier done with a GridPane?
