    Default FXML coordinate system

    I have to write a program that shows a circle in a window, the circle must touch both x and y axis. I try with different coordinates maybe gc.strokeOvall(1,5,d,d) gives the closest result to what I have to do. But I really don't get it. Why?
    How to determine x and y to the circle, my canvas is 450/550 if that matters.

    I have a feeling that you are mixing 2 APIs, e.g. Java2D and JavaFX.

    As for the task itself there should be more definitions. There is an infinite number of solutions for circles that touch the x and the y axis.
