    Lightbulb Java tm platform plugins

    To whom it may concern:
I am not able to access java.com to download java tm platform plugin for my browsers.
Is there other websites to offer java plugins for browsers to be downloaded?
Also I use netbeans to develop java projects, when I use embeded webkit browser, it says no support for java. What could be wrong?
do I have to enable something or download a related plugin for that?

Default Re: Java tm platform plugins

The site would be java.oracle.com or perhaps just oracle.com. Then you can navigate to the proper location. But Applets are obsolete and most browsers are
no longer supporting them so the plugin probably wouldn't work.

I do not have access to oracle.com either. To run applets I have FireFox Esr which supports java applets. Any other site to download it?
