    It might be an idea to tell us exactly what errors you are getting.
    Are they exceptions?
    If so then we would need the full exception including stack trace.

    And it's best to post the relevant code here as well, rather than a zip of your entire project.

    Note the word 'relevant'.

    Looks like it can't download your jar file from your server.
    There should be something in the Details bit of the error, I think.

    Other than that, what does the jnlp file hold and how does that compare with where you have put your jar file(s)?

    And where are your jar files?
    That jnlp seems to imply that they should be at the root of your web app.

    Opening it directly won't help you as there's no guarantee the layout is the same in your project to the final deployment.

    Finally, what are the error Details (that button in the initial error pop up)?

    I would ask Neurotech then.
    Java Code:
    <jar href="abis-sample-web.jar" main="true"/>
    <jar href="neurotec-core.jar"/>
    <jar href="neurotec-licensing.jar"/>
    <jar href="neurotec-media.jar"/>
    <jar href="neurotec-media-processing.jar"/>
    <jar href="neurotec-biometrics.jar"/>
    <jar href="neurotec-biometrics-client.jar"/>
    <jar href="neurotec-devices.jar"/>
    <jar href="neurotec-gui.jar"/>
    <jar href="neurotec-biometrics-gui.jar"/>
    <jar href="samples-utils.jar"/>
    </resources>
    <resources os="Windows" arch="x86">
    <nativelib href="neurotec-native-win32-x86.jar" download="eager"/>
    </resources>
    <resources os="Windows" arch="amd64">
    <nativelib href="neurotec-native-win64-x64.jar" download="eager"/>
    </resources>
    <resources os="Linux" arch="x86_64 amd64">
    <nativelib href="neurotec-native-linux-x86-64.jar" download="eager"/>
    </resources>
    <resources os="Linux">
    <nativelib href="neurotec-native-linux-x86.jar" download="eager"/>
    </resources>
    <resources os="Mac OS X">
    <nativelib href="neurotec-native-macosx-universal.jar" download="eager"/>
    </resources>
    You need all of those jar files, which appear to all be Neurotec ones, for this applet to run.
    Please do not ask for code as refusal often offends.
