cache problem
Hi,
Not sure if this is specifically applet related, but perhaps you can help me solve my problem.
I've written a java applet, complied it and then ran it in a web page.
After changing things in the java applet, complied it again, the web page doesn't refresh with the changes I'd done to the applet.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks
Mich

Yes, this is related to the cache of your browser :) Unfortunately this still happens after 10+ years of Java :( You need to restart your browser to see the changes.

Tried that..
Have restarted my broswer (x-ed it and double clicked icon of the web page)
Have even deleted temporary internet files and cookies, it worked once (and showed me an updated version of my applet), but every restart of browser after that(and temp files deleting), changes I do to the applet result in not seeing the updated version.
Is there a way to by pass that?
Thank you..
Mich
