from wher i get the plugins

hi all i new in eclipse galilio
i downloaded elipse 3.5.2 with java project creation only inbuited,
how can i add j2ee capality espacilly struts2 ,dbexplores etc from wher i get the plugin or please give the correct link to added the plugin so that it may be very much help ful for me to develop the j2ee aplication with my currently avilable version so that the svn funtonaly that is using all the other in my team can also be help full by the same
