    Do you have a java program with a problem you need help with?
    Please post the code (wrapped in code) tags. We'll need to see the code to be able to help.

    The most likely reason is that the program is not using the correct path to the file.
    If you don't understand my response, don't ignore it, ask a question.

    True I should have posted the code, just now I found the problem. For some reason the file was named to movies.txt.txt
    So now I fixed it and it works :)

    Thanks

    That's typically Windows Notepad being a pain in the twat like it's always been. Get yourself an editor that you can rely on. I would recommend Notepad++ or Sublime, but at this point, anything other than MS Notepad will do.

    True, I love that Notepad++
    But when created the file in the folder I didn't know it would add the txt extension by default :)
