    Default Question about Spring

Alright I wanted to say first I tried posting this in the Spring section but it refused to acknowledge I was logged in there but it will here.

So far in coding school we have gotten to the point of getting GitHub set up and hosting a html page, this section is web applications. I was wondering if I can host my Spring boot application on the free GitHub pages like I am doing for class with my basic ass html page?

Right now I either start it from the command line so I can watch for errors in the server when I am testing stuff. And the other time I have ran it I set my raspberry pi 3 up with everything on it running and then could access it from different computers on my home network.

So I guess what I am asking is, if it is compiled to a jar would I be able to do it from the free service GitHub offers and how so?

    Default Re: Question about Spring

and I assume I would have to take out everything ythat has to do with the MySQL sever set up locally. Or atleast start a whole new project that doesn't involve it but still shows off other things I am capable of. which I am totally cool with starting another project, the more projects I have to show off the better.
