    Exclamation Image transparency

    Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to alter an image's transparency in Java? I am currently trying to build a java program that maps two images together. To do that I need to make one image slightly transparent, so much so, that the behind image can be seen. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

The term alpha is used to describe an image's transparency.
