    Unhappy How To Make JFrame Invisible And Contents Visible?

    Can anyone help me out on this?

    I want to make JFrame invisible (or transparent) so that the contents appear to float on top of the background.
    For example: I want a textbox and button on my desktop, with my desktop as background.

    Anyone can help?

    Here's an article froma few years ago that might be of use.
    Note the part about checking if it's supported on the system you are running this on.
