    Cool 3D modeling

    Hello,
I have been programming in Java for almost 5 years now. However I have not gone very far into the realm of 3D models. How can I make a simple model of a humanoid? I have downloaded the jMe engine. Is there anything else I need to download? All i want is to make some sort of model. Preferably in an applet.
    Thanks :)
    My IDE is Eclipse Galileo.

Are you familiar with Java3D? java3d library is good, but is very complicated. I would recommend JOGL - Java2D / OpenGL interoperability
