I doubt that you will get an answer hear. While most of us have heard of XML, for me at least, Voice XML is a new term, and as this is a JAVA forum, most of us do not know that much about XML, let alone XML extensions...
If the above doesn't make sense to you, ignore it, but remember it - might be useful!
And if you just randomly taught yourself to program, well... you're just like me!

Hello,
The answer to you question is simple and the process is easy, but as someone has rightly said, this is a java forum and you need to go to the place for VoiceXML discussions. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to point you in the right direction. VoiceXML works with Java, XML, PHP and some other nice stuff. There is a large community for it as well. Follow the link below to reach them, you will certainly need to be a registered member of their community - registration is free.
