Change XML file encoding
Hey everyone!
How can I changes a XML files encoding?
I would like to do something like this upload file to a server with a encoding of 8859-4 and if I donwload it will be UTF-8 because there are some special characters in the doc like öäüõ.
I know how to upload and download files, but I dont know how to changes a XML file encoding, maybe someone can help?
