I need simple web application which stores data in xml file and then update database from xml file. I'm new to computers. If any one do that help, I'm so thankful.

requirements:

1. a simple front end web app[no need of much controls on the page]
2. user shud be able to perform operations on xml database from web app, and after that database shud be updated from xml.
3. in other page, updated data shud be shown from database.

any one please help me, I'm struggling to learn java. I know little core java, but i'm dumb in web applications.
