Tabbed pane using struts 2.x......?

Im using tabbed pane in my application, but im using both struts 1.x and struts 2.x in my application, im having struts-config.xml and strus.xml and for some purpose i use both struts 1.x and struts 2.x action in my application. By using tabbed pane, which is supported by struts 2.x. and in the 'href' attribute of the tabbed pane, i have to use struts 1.x action class and pass some values as parameters to it, but it is not supporting.
