    Default JAAS understanding

    Hello,

JAAS performs role based access control and source code based control(classes in one jar file is allowed to do something and classes in another jar file is not).
Is it also possible to make the access control on application level?

ok but I read that when permission granularity is a requirement, than JAAS should be not used. What does it mean?
