error installing J2EE

I need to install the J2EE jdk in win98
It returns me an error when I do double click :

I think that J2EE 1.4 version is not supported by windows 98

sun do not officially support Windows 95/98/ME. It is possible, however, to run the J2EE SDK 1.3.1 on Windows 95/98/ME with some tweaking in the batch files. Please refer to Sun Forums for more information.
