passing dynamic data

Hi

i m havu=ing a list box with multiple selection and button..
when i click on button i m displaying a iframe on the same window..

but when the list parameters are selected i want to pass that parameters as sson as the get selected to iframe's jsp ang want to generate data using that parameters.. and this will be get displayes i=on parent window..

so how to do that..

plz help..
