Default is the WEB4J framework worth learning?

    hi,

I was trying to do some reading on frameworks then I came across the web4j framework. the site says that they aim for simplicity and productivity. (it hates large frameworks like struts, spring and all them large frameworks that introduce complexity and long learning time)

do people use this framework? or is it compatible with the jsf? please excuse my ignorance, I only heard of this web4j now. looking at their site, it seems very very simple but I am still looking forward for real programmers commenting on the framework

please give me some insights about this framework. any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi.
Actuality, all web framework is based on servlet and jsp technologies, Big frameworks like Spring MVC, Struts is applied when you want to use MVC architectural, There other frameworks like jcf have many difference components for building app. So I mean that to choice technologies for building app is depended from your aim. Can you say what do you want to do? It is web app which has fat client interface or something else.

    hi

thanks for giving a response. and for your question, as of now I ain't doing any projects. I am just trying to get more things to learn so I can have more options and make the job easier. Well, I guess different frameworks have different aims. I might have to do the web4j tutorial to see what it offers..

thanks again for the response petr, appreciate it
