    Default newbie to java web app, What's the best Web UI IDE (drag and drop)

    Hello Seniors,

    I am new to java web app and now I am learning it, What's the best Web UI IDE (drag and drop) and apply the codes behind (like in ASP.NET)..?

    try eclipse, add the necessary plugins and you are good to go

    do you mean eclipse or myeclipse?

    eclipse with the help of plug ins can do the task

    "Web UI"

    That Eclipse plugin is for doing Swing stuff, so not entirely applicable (unless the OP is planning on doing Applets I suppose).

    Try Netbeans IDE an all purpose IDE, drag and drop web-ui component

    sorry but better learn it the hard way. putting the stuff by yourself - no drag and drop.
    Why? because if you use some drag and drop tools it will put some unnecessary codes that you don't want.

    Use eclipse and that's is :)
