I am trying to build a web-based tracking application using Google Maps API, Google Web Toolkit and Google Apps Engine.
1) I understand that there is no charge for developing a website using Google Apps Engine.
2) Can I host a website built using Google Web Toolkit and Google Apps Engine on some other server?
3) What is the charge of hosting such a web-based tracking application on Google Apps Engine if its implemented commercially?
