Since nobody's actually definitively said what "framework" means, and you haven't given us any clue what it means to you: No!

No, and No way to find it. Frameworks are not clearly define. And also every day lots of frameworks are work out. So it's not possible. And what's the usage of that?

I think the frameworks was born from design pattern, therefore you can design any framework to your need.

I don't think so. A Framework is similar to an API because it is used to accomplish a set of tasks within a project without spending time creating reusable components from scratch. Factors they differ each other is size and the scope. So how can we clearly define a framework.

Are you talking about programming design patterns.

I do personally get red in the face when I only hear the word "framework". Every product today defines itself as a framework to emphasize the flexibility. But anyway a lot of such "frameworks" can be used to do everything and nothing.
Seems like "you can do anything, but it only has to be configured, coded, planned and coded, ...". It sounds like "We can do anything, but we haven't yet."
Anyway there are some well known frameworks used in the Java environment like Spring or the like. I did not yet discover the real key benefit of that. Transferring every coding from source code to struggling around with XML configuration files is no benefit in my opinion.Greetings, Martin Wildam.
