    Anyone knows as software which thread is running at which core in CPU At a specific moment in time? ?

    It may not show you exactly what you want but have you tried "jconsole"? It comes with the JDK distribution (check the JDK/bin directory).

    Are we talking about java specific apps or general computer processes? Also, i don't think jconsole knows or cares what core the targeted app is running in.
