Default I keep getting redirected to MyFilestore.com

Without fail, the first time I click a comment notification link from an email, such as the following:

    http://www.java-forums.org/advanced-...-new-post.html

...I am redirected to a URL like this:

    MyFilestore.com - Your File Hosting

The link is always to a file that does not exist. The second and subsequent times I open a particular Java Forums link, I am taken to the correct forum thread.

Is this happening to anyone else? In thirteen years of using Linux, I've never been affected by malware... but I guess there's a first time for everything.

Weird. You could try reinstalling your mail client. (If you're just using a browser looking at gmail or similar, that's really weird.)

Norton reports a few negative user reactions to the site a year ago. A Google search shows a number of reports of browser redirects to the site. And this vbseo.com blog entry from the middle of last year talks about redirection attacks (and other bad things) affecting vBulletin based fora based on silly enabling of globals in PHP.

This is an issue I've experienced as well, probably a few times in the last few days.
