Accidental double posts

My phone sends posts two this forum twice. I have no clue why, but two solutions suggest themselves: (1) buy a new phone with better javascript support and (2) get a life and use the phone to talk to people not post to a freakin internet forum.

I have to log in to delete the post qua moderator. And then the forum wants to show me a movie, and my phone hates that.

Now, personal failings and finances rule out either option. So, could I suggest this forum adopt the "you must wait 15s between posts" rule that other places using this software have? It is excellent for stopping any accidental double posts.
