Hi Guys I need your help about an exam if you can help me it would be great..

Maybe I didn't Write in the right Topic But I didn't know where to put this question anyway I am soory about this

The Question is to help me in this question : I mean to write this Java method

If this is an exam, we shouldn't be helping you. Otherwise if this weren't an exam, you would need to show your attempt first before getting help.
