Byron Babbage!
Hello programmers, I start Byron Babbage Associates a jobsite with recently software and web development job openings the Netherlands. This means that there only direct customers can post job openings, no recruitment agencies. This makes it also easier for developers and the customers to be able change gear directly with each other and a platform true all development job openings on a platform to have stands. I want to start it also in Europe and America, what you people think about it?

But then I don't understand why employers will be pay you for service, which they can get free. For example I work in seriously campaign, which have official site where latency employee can find information about opens vacancies. Ok. Imagine. I want to create small campaign for development applications. I need find few developers. I have not free money that would pay for post my ads about vacancies so I go to specialize forums, where I can post my ads free.
I just want to listen how you will be attractive people on your website. That at all.
update:

Moved from 'Jobs Offered'. In future, please post in an appropriate section of the forums. You're not offering any job, just advertising your services.
