You should able to identify the error in the code. Basically debug the code and see where's your application is dead.

Debug the code and put only the part of code that is throwing error and what is the error, that would be enough.

It would not be reasonable for people to send their email addresses to a complete stranger. It is one way of inviting spam.

It is probably not good policy for a poster to ask for emails from other members.
